Paypal refused to answer my demand for my money so I filled out all the paperwork for small claims and mailed a copy to them. Within 3 days of receipt they called and said while they thought they were right and had the right to hold my money they were going to release it within the hour. I asked what changed and they said it was to assure customer satisfaction. I should mention I used your case with the opinion of the court that suing papal was legal.

About a week after all of this took place, my account was frozen again because I was transferring too much money out too quickly. I called again and said, "OK, let's do this again only this time, I will not settle and I will make it so public it will make your head spin. The freeze was immediately lifted and there is now something on my account thru their computer programming that keeps it from ever getting frozen again. Ha Ha Ha....I transfer all money out of the account as fast as it goes in and refuse to give them a credit card or anything else they ask for. Perhaps now they are starting to see the error of their ways.
